8 Physical & Spiritual Wellness Books That Will Help You Achieve Your Resolutions
Now that the holidays are over, we’re back to our usual routine. There’s always more work waiting for you in the office and though the gym may be calling, you certainly aren’t answering. Let’s face it: resolutions are hard to maintain. We may eat healthier for a week or so, go to the gym two or three times, or spend an hour or two investing in the spiritual renewal that we desired for the year ahead. But then, all at once, life seems to start to happen again. You are not alone – according to Forbes only 8% of people achieve the resolutions they set for themselves.
To help you get back on track, we recommend you pick up a book related to the goals you’ve set for yourself. This will help you recommit to your resolution and also learn more about what you are resolving to do. You’re far more likely to continue to fight against that extra donut if you are learning why it’s so important to cut down on refined sugars. I’m not recommending that you resolve to give up donuts, but I am recommending that you resolve to care for yourselves this year.
